What you'll do: Identify and support each resident's preferences, routines, and needs; communicate updates to the care team Lead individual and group activities aligned with residents' interests and abilities Adapt activities to meet cognitive and physical levels using prompts, demonstrations, and assistance Encourage participation while respecting cultural and religious preferences Maintain clean, organized, and safe activity spaces Store equipment and supplies properly after use Collaborate with the Activity Director on programming and planning Complete additional duties as assigned What we offer: Competitive hourly paybased on experience 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Generouspaidtime off(PTO) Up to $500 per month in nursingschooltuition reimbursement What we're looking for: Ability to read, speak, and understand English High school diploma (or equivalent) TRS or TRT certification preferred At least 1 year of experience in long-term geriatric care Experience leading or supporting activities preferred May be exposed to bodily fluids and communicable illnesses Full range of motion; able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
