Job Description

Oakmont at Gordon Park, an upscale senior living community, is seeking a hospitality minded professional who is looking for a rewarding experience working with older adults to join our extraordinary team. Successful candidates must have experience working in a customer service setting, must possess excellent hospitality skills, be warm, respectful, detail oriented, and passionate about their work and those they serve. The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Life Enrichment in planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being and help to ensure the activity programs are appropriately presented by staff , and may be responsible for transporting residents to appointments, as well as regular and special recreational outings. Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinators will receive benefits and PTO along with competitive wages.
