The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and meaningful connections. This position supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional person-centered care.

•$2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months

Full Time & Part Time 2p-10p Resident Assistant (RA)

Base Rate:

$17.75 - $18.25/hr

Evening Shift Differential:

+$1.50/hr Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate, person-centered care Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service Requirements CNA / NA or PCA certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Benefits Paid Vacation Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Full Time Only) 401(k) Retirement Plan (Full-Time & Part-Time) Free Meal Each Shift Plus Additional Benefits Not Listed What do we do?
