Resident Activities Assistant - Memory Care Part‑Time | Every Other Weekend | 1pm-4pm Join a team that believes meaningful moments matter. At The Classic at Hillcrest Greens, our Memory Care Activities Assistant helps create joy, comfort, and connection for residents through engaging, person‑centered activities. What You'll Do Support daily activities that match residents' interests, abilities, and needs Lead and assist with group programs, 1:1 visits, and spontaneous engagement Create fun, purposeful experiences for Memory Care residents Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager and support additional tasks as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in activities, caregiving, or senior living is helpful but not required Strong communication skills and a warm, patient approach Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Organized, dependable, and comfortable adapting to changing resident needs Willingness to work every other weekend and attend occasional events How to
