Key Responsibilities Work under the supervision of the Activity Director to plan and lead engaging programs Provide one-on-one visits and personalized activities for residents Organize a variety of group activities (small, medium, and large) Lead recreational, intellectual, and community-based programs Facilitate daily group or individual exercise sessions Assist with evening and weekend activities as needed Track and document resident participation and progress Support care planning with interdisciplinary teams Welcome new residents and introduce activity opportunities Help create and evaluate monthly activity schedules Prepare materials and supplies for daily programming What We're Looking For Passion for working with seniors and making a difference Strong communication and teamwork skills Creativity, energy, and compassion Ability to adapt activities to meet varying needs and abilities We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
