Provides comprehensive academic, social-emotional, and career counseling services to support the success and well-being of all students. Delivers counseling through classroom lessons, small groups, and individual student support while helping students develop personal, academic, and career goals. Collaborates with administrators, educators, families, and community partners to address student needs, support transitions, analyze student data, and implement proactive and responsive interventions. Maintains a data-driven counseling program aligned with district and state standards to promote student achievement, growth, and positive school engagement.

• Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in School Counseling.
• Valid Wisconsin DPI School Counselor Certification (#966/#54).
• Knowledge of comprehensive school counseling programs, student development, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, staff, and community agencies to support student success.
