Baraboo, WI Pay:
Competitive rates with the option for getting
Paid Daily Schedule:
8:30A-7:30P M-TH (rotating evenings) 8:30A-3:30P F- Sun (rotating weekends) About Us Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is a premier skilled nursing center dedicated to improving lives through exceptional healthcare and extraordinary compassion. Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and creative Activities Assistant to help design and deliver meaningful recreational programs. As an Activities Assistant , you will play a vital role in enhancing our residents' quality of life, bringing joy and engagement to their daily routines.
Key Responsibilities Program Delivery:
Lead daily group games, crafts, and social events as a core Activities Assistant on our life enrichment team.
Resident Engagement:
Provide one-on-one bedside visits and tailored programs to ensure every resident stays connected.
Community Connection:
Collaborative and independent planning of seasonal events alongside the Director to showcase what makes being an Activities Assistant so rewarding.
Qualifications Experience:
Prior experience in life enrichment, senior care, or a long-term care setting is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and musical or artistic talents are a major plus.
