• Personal Training, you are responsible for creating an elevated fitness experience that inspires performance, builds community, and promotes lasting wellness.

This role serves as the connection point between Personal Training, Group Exercise, and member engagement, ensuring every fitness offering reflects the Kaizen commitment to continuous improvement, exceptional service, and meaningful human connection. Through a combination of coaching, leadership, organization, and relationship-building, you will help members move with confidence, challenge their limits, and achieve meaningful results while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. You will oversee the coordination and growth of our Personal Training program, support the success of our instructors, deliver Personal Training services, and ensure every fitness space is organized, clean, and experience ready. More than managing schedules or programs, this role helps shape the culture of the fitness floor by creating an environment where both members and teammates can become the best version of themselves. Key Responsibilities Lead the Personal Training Experience Create a seamless and exceptional Personal Training experience by coordinating class schedules, instructor availability, and class coverage. Recruit, onboard, develop, and support instructors who embody the Kaizen culture and coaching philosophy. Ensure classes are consistently delivered with professionalism, energy, and excellence. Evaluate participation trends and member feedback to continuously improve programming and the overall member experience. Facilitate regular communication, coaching, and development opportunities for instructors. Build a strong fitness community that encourages participation, connection, and accountability. Deliver Exceptional Coaching Conduct consultations, assessments, and goalsetting sessions that help members take the next step in their fitness journey. Design personalized training programs that align with members' goals, abilities, and aspirations. Deliver engaging, resultsdriven Personal Training sessions that reflect the Kaizen standard of care and expertise. Educate members on movement quality, exercise technique, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle habits. Build authentic relationships that inspire longterm commitment, confidence, and growth. Create an Exceptional Member Experience Foster a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment throughout the facility. Build meaningful relationships with members and create opportunities for connection and engagement. Gather member feedback through quarterly surveys, conversations, and touchpoints to better understand the needs of our community. Transform feedback into actionable improvements that elevate the member experience. Operational Excellence Take ownership of the Personal Training floor and fitness spaces by ensuring they are clean, organized, safe, and always prepared for exceptional experiences. Coordinate equipment maintenance, studio readiness, and facility presentation standards. Maintain organized schedules, attendance tracking, and program documentation. Support department initiatives that drive participation, retention, and overall fitness program growth. Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Support facility events, fitness challenges, workshops, and communitybuilding initiatives. What Success Looks Like Members feel welcomed, supported, and connected every time they engage with the fitness team. Training floor is consistently organized, wellattended, and reflective of the Kaizen experience. Instructors feel valued, supported, and aligned with our culture and expectations. Studios and fitness spaces consistently exceed cleanliness and presentation standards. Member feedback is actively collected, reviewed, and transformed into meaningful improvements. Personal Training and Group Exercise participation continue to grow through exceptional service and relationshipdriven coaching. Qualifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (such as ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent). High School Diploma or GED required. Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness principles, and class programming. High level of organization and followup discipline Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment Passion for fitness, wellness, and personal growth

Preferred:

3+ years of Personal Training experience, a related degree, luxury fitness or hospitality experience, and/or specialty certifications. Compensation Structure Compensation for this role includes

• base pay & commission on services.

Additional incentive pay eligible based on individual and team performance.
