Activity Coordinator Greenfield, WI Job Details Part-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals Working with individuals with disabilities High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Safe environment creation Clean workspace maintenance Care plans Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Resilient Hearts Adult Day Center is seeking a compassionate and creative Activity Coordinator to plan and lead engaging, meaningful activities for adults in a supportive and person-centered environment. This role focuses on enhancing participants' quality of life through social, cognitive, and recreational programming. Responsibilities Plan and lead daily group and individual activities Adapt activities based on participants' interests, abilities, and moods Encourage socialization, independence, and engagement Facilitate activities such as music, games, crafts, movement, and memory-based programs Assist with special events, celebrations, and community outings Collaborate with management, nursing and staff to support participant care plans Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment Document activity participation as required Set up and clean activity areas Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, patient, and reliable Negative TB test (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) CBRF certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass background checks and required training Valid Drivers License and proof of insurance
