Job Description Looking for leaders to facilitate preschool programming including classes such as Messy Bee's crafts for pre-K, Tiny Chefs with 2-5-year-olds, Music for Minis with 2-5-year-olds, with additional class opportunities based on staff's passions and ideas. Morning and afternoon hours are available M-F. Weekend hours are also available. Flexibility offered.
Shift Specifics:
Mondays:
8:30 am-11 am, 3:45 pm-5 pm
Tuesdays:
8:30 am•10 am, 4-6 pm
Wednesdays:
8:30 am-11 am
Thursdays:
8:30 am•10 am
Fridays:
8:30 am•10 am Additional pop-up events and classes are available for additional hours.
Responsibilities:
Provide children with opportunities to develop early language and motor skills Build relationships with families, children, and the staff team Engage families by facilitating fun and engaging group activities such as games, sports, arts and crafts, music, and cooking activities Requirements Passionate about working with kids and families Ability to organize/lead fun and engaging activities Knowledge of developmentally appropriate preschool activities At least 1 year of experience working with children infant to age 8 Benefits FREE adult Y membership (+ discount on Family Membership) 50% discount on Y programs 403(b) retirement account 12% retirement after 2 years and 1,000 hours per year Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) An Equal Opportunity Employer
