Responsibilities Develop, schedule, and lead daily activities that promote socialization, engagement, physical and emotional well-being. Assess Residents' interest, abilities, and need to tailor activities appropriately. Maintain detailed records of participation and progress for residents. Plan seasonal, holiday, and special events to enhance community engagement and resident enjoyment. Manage activity supplies and budget, ensuring resources are available for planned programming. Encourage resident involvement while fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment. Requirements Previous experience in activities in healthcare preferred. CBRF Certifications preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors. Ability to lift and move safely as required. Understand and practice standard precautions at all times. Availability to work 10am - 2pm, including every other holiday. Must pass background check.
