Activity Coordinator Elizabeth Residence - New Berlin | Assisted Living & Memory Care Elizabeth Residence in New Berlin is seeking an enthusiastic, creative Activity Coordinator to plan and lead engaging activities for residents in our assisted living and memory care community. This is a part- or full-time role with weekday hours plus every other weekend. Previous experience in senior living or long-term care activities is preferred. What You'll Do Plan, organize, and lead daily group and one-on-one activities that promote engagement, independence, and well-being Develop and manage the monthly activity calendar; coordinate with entertainers, volunteers, and community groups Assist residents to and from activities and encourage participation Plan and oversee special events, holiday celebrations, and birthday recognitions Maintain activity spaces and supplies, manage the activities budget, and track expenses Support residents' religious and spiritual practices as desired Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement, and adjust programming based on resident interests and needs Follow all safety, emergency response, and confidentiality protocols What We're Looking For Experience in long-term care or senior living activities preferred Compassionate, energetic, and self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable working with residents who have dementia or other cognitive impairments Able to lift up to 35 lbs and provide physical assistance to residents as needed Reliable transportation; willing to occasionally drive a community vehicle for outings

Schedule:
Part-time or full-time; weekdays plus every other weekend
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience and certifications; benefits available
