Activity Assistant Kinnic Health and Rehab is looking for an Activity Assistant! We are a skilled nursing facility located in beautiful River Falls, WI. Our Activity Assistants will assist the Life Enrichment Coordinator in creating a monthly calendar of activities for our residents. Bring your creativity and help engage our residents in fun daily programming and entertainment!

Duties:

• Assist in planning and implementing activities for residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Coordinate and manage the activity schedule, ensuring a variety of engaging and stimulating activities are available
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment for residents
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and coordinate activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
• Compassionate and patient demeanor to work with older adults
