Verona What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the

Crowd:

Facilitate daily group activities, seasonal events, and fun social gatherings. Bring the

Energy:

Encourage resident participation and keep the fun rolling.

Make Personal Connections:

Spend quality 1-on-1 time visiting with residents.

Get Creative:

Help plan events, set up activity rooms, pull supplies, and deck the halls for holidays. Lend a

Hand:

Assist with resident interviews, volunteer coordination, mail delivery, marketing initiatives, shopping trips, and resident voting.

Keep Things Smooth:

Handle daily activity documentation, charting, room setup, and cleanup. Be an

Extra Eye:

Observe participant moods and well-being, sharing any changes with leadership to ensure top-notch care.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Public Speaking Skills:

Confident and engaging when leading large groups.

Communication & Care:

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.

Core Strengths:

Dependable, flexible, organized, creative, a great team player, and strong with time management.

Schedule Details:

Full-Time:

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Flexibility:
