Activity Aide Two Full-Time Shifts Available:

At ERCC, our Activity Aides help create moments that matter for residents living in a short and long-term setting by leading games, music, crafts, social activities, outings, and one-on-one engagements throughout the day. No two days are the same - and the right person for this role brings patience, creativity, compassion, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Lead and assist with recreational and therapeutic activities for residents in our facility Encourage participation in games, crafts, music, events, and social activities Assist with group outings and transportation when needed Work closely with nursing staff and the Activities team to provide exceptional resident experiences What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and compassionate personality Someone dependable who enjoys working with older adults Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions High School Diploma or GED required Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in healthcare, caregiving, customer service, childcare, recreation, or activities CNA certification CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with seniors or individuals living in a short and long-term care setting Additional Requirements Valid WV Driver's License with safe driving record Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance requirements Every other weekend availability required Why Join ERCC?
