Responsibilities Assist with a variety of resident-centered activities and events tailored to diverse interests and abilities Collaborate with team members to develop engaging programs that support residents' cognitive, emotional, and physical health Build strong rapport with residents through compassionate communication and personalized engagement strategies Assist with resident outings and special events to foster community involvement and socialization Maintain accurate records of participation and activity feedback to evaluate program effectiveness Support memory care initiatives by implementing specialized activities for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's Qualifications Proven experience in event planning, recreational therapy, or senior care—preferably within a nursing home settings Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, geriatrics, and memory support programs Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with seniors and team members Experience working with individuals in long-term care environments is highly desirable Ability to manage schedules efficiently while adapting to changing resident needs Passion for caregiving, senior living, and enhancing quality of life through creative programming Join us in creating joyful moments that brighten our residents' days!
