Job Summary:

This is short term Seasonal position at the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, Arizona with a season of 11/03/2026 to 1/03/2027. Ticketing Agent is responsible for ensuring all daily functions are completed at the Ticket Counter. Duties include but not limited to: ensuring accurate batching of train tickets, confirming reservations, answering phones, issuing and explaining train tickets to passengers.

Daily batching:

printing tickets, verifying special requests, processing collection required reservations. Ability to learn and maintain knowledge about the Grand Canyon Railway and Grand Canyon National Park Greet walk-up guests and make new reservations. Professionally communicate with all guests about the daily operation and schedule of the train. Answering phones and professionally making phone reservations. Provide information and offer additional services to guests to enhance their stay. Follow all cash handling policies and procedures. Responsible for understanding and adhering to all prescribed Environmental Management Systems (EMS) policies and corporate commitments to maintain

goals and guidelines; reduce, reuse, and recycle program. Maintains organization and flexibility in carrying out daily job duties. Effectively handles stressful situations in a public setting and professionally resolves guest-related problems. Establishes and maintains effective professional working relationships with co-workers, directors, and other departments, working together in a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned.
