Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, providing clear information about availability and options Accurately input and manage reservation details using our booking system, ensuring all data is complete and correct Assist guests with special requests, modifications, cancellations, and follow-up to enhance their experience Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and room readiness Promote additional services or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities Maintain detailed records of all reservations, changes, and guest interactions for accurate reporting and follow-up Handle guest concerns or issues with a positive attitude, resolving problems efficiently while maintaining high service standards Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages customers effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure reservation accuracy Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience in customer service or reservations is preferred but not required; training will be provided Proficiency with reservation management software or willingness to learn new systems quickly Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A proactive mindset with the motivation to deliver outstanding service at every interaction Join us as a Reservation Agent and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through lively support and meticulous attention!
