We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our Fort Lauderdale team. You'll be an important part of the passenger journey-from helping guests book their flights to welcoming them at the airport for their trip to the Bahamas. What You'll Do Assist customers with reservations, schedules, fares, baggage, and travel questions. Provide friendly, personalized service by phone, email, and in person. Create and update reservations, process payments, and manage itinerary changes. Welcome passengers and help ensure a smooth airport experience. Coordinate with pilots, freight, and operational teams. Assist with ticketing and baggage documentation. Escort passengers to aircraft on the tarmac as needed. What We're Looking For 2-4 years of customer service experience in hospitality, aviation, travel, tourism, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with reservation or booking systems strongly preferred. Knowledge of the Bahamas and Out Islands is a plus. Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
