Job Description
To provide excellent customer service to our daily visitors upon entry and exit at the Main Gate, and during their visit in the park. To ensure daily visitors and groups are greeted, oriented and provide assistance needed, and to attend to and resolve questions, comments, issues and concerns in an exemplary professional and personal manner. To handle all transactional activities for visitors using admission and ticketing software. To promote all aspects of Boggy Creek Airboats including (but not limited to) special events, Mini Moo Land, food sales, Gift shop and any other activities. Be able to assist by answering the telephones and making reservations over the telephone. Cross train in other areas of the park (gift shop, stocking and order taking).
