Job Description

Overview YOTEL Miami is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor with Hilton experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel reservations, be knowledgeable in Hilton reservation systems and procedures, and be committed to delivering exceptional guest service while supporting revenue optimization. Duties Manage and oversee the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure efficient booking processes. Coordinate with various departments to optimize room availability and enhance guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations promptly and professionally. Train and mentor team members on best practices in customer service and reservation management. Monitor reservation systems for accuracy and efficiency, implementing improvements as necessary. Analyze booking trends and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making regarding pricing and promotions. Develop strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other partners to maximize sales opportunities. Skills Prior Hilton reservations experience is strongly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Proficient in travel planning and understanding of the travel industry dynamics. Excellent sales skills to promote services effectively and drive revenue growth. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
