Job Description

Position Summary E Noa Corporation is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting guests by phone, email, and online inquiries, creating and modifying reservations, promoting tour experiences, resolving customer concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service from the first interaction through the completion of their booking. This position offers $17.00 per hour plus uncapped commission , giving high-performing team members the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through tour sales and upselling. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Assist guests with booking tours, transportation, and attractions. Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Upsell tours, attractions, transportation, and additional services to maximize guest experience and earnings. Provide accurate information regarding schedules, pricing, policies, and tour offerings. Resolve customer questions and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Respond to emails and online reservation inquiries in a timely manner. Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records. Work closely with Dispatch, Sales, and Operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a high level of product knowledge for all company services. Meet quality, productivity, customer service, and sales expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of call center or high-volume customer service experience required. Hospitality, tourism, hotel, airline, or travel industry experience strongly preferred. Sales or commission-based experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills. Ability to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns. Basic computer proficiency and experience using reservation or CRM software preferred. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Skills Call center experience. Hospitality or tourism experience. Sales and upselling experience. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Hawaii visitor attractions and tourism is a plus.
