Job Description
Overview The Ticket Seller provides outstanding customer service while accurately selling and processing tickets for athletic events, concerts, and special events. This role operates ticketing software, processes payments, and assists guests with ticket-related inquiries. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 6, 2026 Responsibilities Sell tickets using the venue's ticketing system. Process cash and credit card transactions. Assist guests with ticket purchases and exchanges. Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales. Provide event and seating information. Resolve ticket-related issues professionally. Follow all cash handling procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
