Reza Live Theatre in Branson, Missouri, is seeking a customer-oriented and detail-focused Box Office Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while handling ticket sales, assisting patrons, and ensuring a seamless box office operation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for live entertainment. This is a sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell and distribute tickets via in-person, phone, and online transactions. Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions. Provide accurate event information, seating options, and theatre policies to guests. Assist with ticket exchanges, refunds, and customer inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain an organized and efficient box office area. Collaborate with theatre staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. Uphold company policies regarding ticket sales, reservations, and customer service. Assist in promoting theatre events and special offers to patrons. Support front-of-house operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or ticketing preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing software is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for live entertainment and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
