Job DescriptionResponsible for the efficient and successful handling of all ticket sales and distributions for events.
Job FunctionsOperate ticketing system for POS show and event tickets.
Process payments for tickets according to established standards and procedures and maintain an accurate bank.
Sell tickets and make reservations over the phone.
Process daily shift sales reports and bank reconciliations.
QualificationsExcellent customer service skills requiredBasic computer skills and a basic understanding of sales accounting functions neededMust be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time during a shift.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
