This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service from the very first interaction. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and reservation inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist guests in selecting vehicles and rental experiences based on their needs and preferences Manage reservation scheduling, confirmations, modifications, and follow-ups Greet customers and provide a welcoming luxury hospitality experience upon arrival Coordinate reservation details with operations and fleet teams to ensure smooth customer experiences Maintain accurate customer information, contracts, and booking records Handle customer concerns professionally and help provide solutions that reflect Dream Exotics' luxury brand standards Monitor availability and assist in maximizing booking efficiency and fleet utilization Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Previous experience in reception, hospitality, reservations, luxury sales, automotive, or customer service preferred Comfortable handling phones, CRM systems, scheduling software, and email communication Professional appearance and polished demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Sales experience or confidence upselling is a plus Passion for luxury vehicles and hospitality is highly preferred
