25 Aug 2026 Salary Details Competetive Salary Offered Job Description Description The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily reservation processes including but not limited to handling guest room reservation requests, provide guest with hotel facility information, answer questions relating to the hotel and local area, blocking rooms, entering group rooming lists, posting prepayments, billing no-show reservations, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, handle to group rooming lists and blocks, cut-off dates and restrictions, selling guest rooms, policy, and procedures for reservations, and being the central contact to ensure optimal performance across all reservation channels included but not limited to Central Reservations, and working with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure reservations are accurate, inputted timely, and support the properties top-line revenue performance and customer satisfaction goals. This person will report directly to the Senior Area Director of Revenue. Must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. Must work well under pressure. Customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills required as well as answer questions relating to the hotels. Prior reservations experience and Opera Cloud proficiency preferred. Schedule flexibility is necessary.
Key Responsibility:
  • Manage the shared Reservation email inbox.
  • Processing credit card authorization form.
  • Work proactively to ensure the reservation process is seamless for both the guest and within the hotel.
  • Monitor daily pickup and ensure reservations are flagged appropriately and accurate.
  • Work closely with revenue to flag dates with high compression and monitor daily inventory to ensure optimal occupancy.
  • Manages group rooming lists and cutoff dates. Track inventory changes and pickup for group blocks. Ensure blocks are properly routing and that billing has been audited for accuracy.
  • Answering calls and guest emails in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Maintains effective communication across all departments.
  • Assist with OTA inquiries, requests and disputes.
  • Main point of contact for reservations.
  • Commission review and verification.
  • Monitor occupancies for employee rate reservations.
  • Complete 12 Day operational forecast.
  • Review reservations reporting to follow up as needed.
  • Rate loading in Hyatt systems ensuring accuracy and working with Distribution Services for Hyatt loaded rate plans.
This role will work closely with the Hotel's Operations Team and Complexed Revenue team.
