Job Summary The Reservations Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while assisting guests with lodging reservations and vacation planning. This role serves as a knowledgeable resource on Black Butte Ranch accommodations, amenities, and policies, ensuring accurate reservations, seamless communication across departments, and a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while booking lodging reservations for guests. Assist guests and homeowners with reservation inquiries, policies, and special requests. Accurately communicate lodging options, resort policies, and vacation rental information. Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and property management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and reservation leads. Promote and upsell resort lodging, golf, dining, and other amenities. Resolve guest and homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate reservation records, run daily reports, and utilize reservation systems and software. Support Front Desk and Guest Services operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn reservation software. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service. Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
