This part-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping patrons, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a welcoming, collaborative workplace at America's Oldest Theatre. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service primarily over the phone, including answering inquiries, processing ticket sales, and handling ticket exchanges. Navigate ticketing software accurately and efficiently (training provided). Assist with subscription renewals, package sales, and general patron support. Uphold established departmental procedures and contribute to a positive, organized work environment. Assist with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer proficiency required; prior ticketing or box office experience is a plus but not required. Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team. Night and weekend availability is strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits $15 per hour plus chances for bonus incentives.
