The Reservations Agent is responsible for answering incoming calls to the hotel. This individual must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be able to handle guest room reservation requests for the hotel, provide guests with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area. The Reservations Agent also works closely with the Group Sales & Event Managers as well as the Director of Revenue assisting with group rooming lists, reservations and additional group pre-arrival tasks. The ideal candidate will have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, exceptional customer service skills and excellent phone demeanor.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Prior Front Office experience preferred
Prior experience working with Opera preferred
Exceptional communication etiquette and interpersonal skills
Refined verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and personalized service
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Proficient in basic computer skills
Previous customer service experience required
