Ketchikan, AK Job Type:

Full-Time | Shifts vary, including evenings & weekends About the Role We're looking for a motivated Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily operations, lead staff during assigned shifts, and deliver an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee shift operations and supervise staff Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues Maintain food safety and compliance standards Support scheduling and inventory needs Handle cash, balance end‑of‑day reports Keep work areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked Prepare and serve beverages as needed Qualifications 5+ years restaurant experience 2+ years supervisory experience preferred Food Handlers & TAPS certifications (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
