Job Description

JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN
for the City of Ketchikan, Alaska d/b/a Ketchikan Public Utilities. Regular, full-time $65.95/hour, plus excellent benefits; relocation stipend available. Infrastructure includes 12.47kV distribution, 34.5kV sub-transmission, 115kV transmission, and 11 substations. Applicant must possess or be able to obtain an IBEW Journeyman Lineman's card and a State of Alaska Lineman Certificate of Fitness card. Two years of increasingly responsible electric utility maintenance experience; and successful completion of an indentured apprenticeship program. Position is open until filled.
