Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation, POS systems, and restaurant management. This role requires a proactive approach to staff supervision, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. The Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hospitality, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and a productive work environment for team members. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure optimal performance Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Coordinate inventory control to maintain stock levels and minimize waste Supervise daily restaurant operations including shift management, customer service, and food safety compliance Develop staff training programs focused on culinary skills, food handling, customer service, and safety protocols Monitor financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and sales performance Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards in all food production areas Facilitate communication between kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and management to streamline operations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, preferably in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments Extensive background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in staff training & development, supervising teams, and managing shift operations Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and hospitality management practices Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Background in restaurant or hotel management with supervisory responsibilities preferred This position offers an opportunity to lead a vibrant team within a reputable establishment dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences. Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
