Summary:

The Restaurant Floor Manager is actively responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the satisfaction of guests and the supervision of employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversees the opening and closing of restaurant Recruits, trains, and supervises staff Schedules department staff in line with business level needs Ensures remarkable customer service experience is provided Communicates effectively with employees, managers, and customers Completes Administrative/Office tasks

Qualifications :

3+ years Restaurant Management experience required Experience in conflict management Professional in actions and communication
