Imagine Care Nannies is seeking an experienced nanny and household manager who enjoys building relationships with children and keeping a busy household running smoothly. This full-time, long-term position combines meaningful care for three children spanning preschool and elementary ages with household management during school hours. Schedule and compensation Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.— approx. 50 scheduled hours per week 40 guaranteed hours per week $26-$32 per hour, based on experience and fit for the role Overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 per week Start date: once the right candidate is selected Long-term position with no anticipated end date 10 paid PTO days, including sick time, plus 10 additional paid vacation days annually $500 monthly contribution toward medical insurance Paid orientation and payment through a payroll company Family vehicle provided for work-related driving, with work-related expenses covered Occasional early or late coverage, travel, and overnight care may be requested. The role also includes infrequent on-call coverage. What the days will look like Mornings begin with helping the children get ready and off to school. Afternoons include school pickup, transportation to activities, occasional homework help, and keeping the evening transition organized. The children are bright, energetic, and increasingly independent. They benefit from a caregiver who connects warmly, sets clear expectations, and follows through calmly. Experience helping children navigate big feelings, sibling competition, and transitions will be especially valuable. The family enjoys keeping the children active and engaged through outings, play, and learning. The youngest child also needs support with preschool transitions, potty training, and everyday independence. Care should follow the family's screen-free expectations at home and Imagine Care's approach to respectful, nonphysical guidance. Household management Household management is part of this position from the beginning, with responsibilities handled during school hours and balanced with the children's care needs.

These responsibilities include:

Children's laundry and organization of clothing, school supplies, and belongings Grocery shopping, household inventory, and supply restocking Meal-planning support and light preparation for family meals Kitchen resets and everyday tidying Family calendar coordination, appointments, and household errands Organizing shared spaces and rotating seasonal clothing, toys, and gear Coordinating household services and routine vehicle maintenance The family has a weekly cleaning service. Deep cleaning is not part of this role. What we're looking for: This position is well suited to an experienced caregiver who can move comfortably between hands-on childcare and household responsibilities.
