Chairman of the House Committee/Board of Directors Musgrove Country Club is seeking a service-driven Clubhouse Manager to manage clubhouse operations for a 660+ member family country club. This hands-on role oversees dining, bar, kitchen, pool service, events, housekeeping, staff leadership, and clubhouse presentation. Musgrove Country Club is a hidden gem nestled in the woods on Blackwater Creek in Jasper, Alabama. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clubhouse, dining room, bar, kitchen, pool, banquet, housekeeping, and member-facing operations. Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall clubhouse appearance. Partner with the Executive Chef, Front of House Supervisor, Event Manager, and club leadership to coordinate menus, staffing, service, and events. Monitor budgets, inventory, invoices, vendor relationships, food covers, event reports, and daily business activity. Implement initiatives that will grow revenue, manage costs, and strengthen operating results. Recruit, train, motivate, and lead clubhouse staff while reinforcing professionalism, teamwork, and service expectations. Respond to member feedback promptly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first mindset. Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and operational standards. Ideal Candidate Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a private club, luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, inventory management, cost control, and team coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn club management software. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
