Is responsible for the overall leadership, manage,ment, and success of the Club's operations and services. Works closely with and reports to the Board of Directors. Oversees all departments. Enhance financial discipline and organizational accountability. Preserve and improve the Club's facilities, programs, and amenities. Promote a workplace culture where every employee contributes to the success of the member experience. Candidate Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a country club, hospitality, resort or related environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience managing multiple departments simultaneously. Profienciency with computer systems, including membership management, catering and accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Ablility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Customer service oriented professional with ability to build strong relationships with all stake-holders. Live in or within 30 minutes of Jasper, Alabama Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
