Our ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of prior leadership experience in the restaurant industry Experience with Front of House operations & Back of House coordination Expert customer service & conflict resolution skills Key Components of the role will include: Demonstrating strong leadership by training and managing associates to ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and exceptional service standards. Overseeing the guest experience from entry to departure, including special events and room service. Cultivating a culture of empowerment, encouraging associates to excel in customer service.
