You'll work alongside the General Manager to: Lead Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams through busy, high-volume shifts. Coach, motivate, and develop team members into future leaders. Create an atmosphere where guests receive exceptional hospitality every visit. Keep operations running smoothly while maintaining calm, confident leadership during peak business. Recruit, interview, train, and retain outstanding employees. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational planning. Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and food & beverage costs. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and turn challenges into loyal customers. Ensure excellence in cleanliness, food quality, safety, and execution. Help drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
