Addressing performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing any conflicts. Contributing ideas, thoughts, and solutions that result in increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations.

Requirements:

You're at least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Reliable transportation (not public transportation - you may need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant sometimes)
