Front of House Manager - Fuji Japanese Steakhouse | Conway, AR Fuji Japanese Steakhouse is seeking a motivated and dependable Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and help create an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering high standards of hospitality and service. As Front of House Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations including staffing, guest relations, shift management, cleanliness, and team development. You will work closely with ownership and leadership to maintain operational efficiency while building a positive and professional work environment. Responsibilities Manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations Lead, train, coach, and support servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and cashiers Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Oversee staff scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of dining and lobby areas Monitor service standards, workflow, and team performance during busy shifts Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain smooth communication and service flow Support promotional events, marketing initiatives, and restaurant growth efforts Qualifications Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a growing restaurant group Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee meal discounts Opportunity to make a direct impact on restaurant culture and guest experience
