Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will drive the success of our hospitality venue by maintaining high standards of service and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about the food and beverage industry to showcase their management skills in a lively environment. Duties Supervise all bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Manage inventory control monitoring minimizing waste through efficient food and beverage management. Oversee POS systems such as "Square" accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and alcohol licensing laws while managing kitchen and bar safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations within casual dining or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as "Square" for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, food handling, and food safety management practices. Excellent team management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams in restaurant or bar environments. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling Will be required to handle food, make sandwiches, multitask with Cooking hot pressed sandwiches and mixing drinks. Total bar seating is 25 not a large place to manage 3 tables 13 bar seats
Pay:
$11.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 30.0 per week
