What You'll Do As the RGM, you are the captain of the ship — responsible for the overall performance and operation of your restaurant. You will lead your team by example, ensure financial and operational excellence, and create a workplace culture that lives and breathes Wingstop's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team Foster a culture of positivity, recognition, and accountability Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning Model and enforce company policies, safety standards, and brand values Operations & Service Excellence Ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively Maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and service standards Resolve guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and professionalism Ensure your restaurant is guest-ready at all times Financial Performance Own the restaurant's P&L, budgeting, and financial metrics Control labor, food, and operational costs to meet targets Monitor inventory and optimize waste control practices Partner with your Area Coach to develop strategies for growth and profitability Guest Experience Cultivate a welcoming environment that drives repeat business Implement systems to enhance hospitality and guest satisfaction Handle feedback and complaints to deliver positive outcomes Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old 2+ year of experience in restaurant management (QSR/Fast Casual preferred) High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hospitality/business a plus Valid driver's license, background check, and MVR clearance Food handler certification (or ability to obtain) Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Skills:
Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills Financial acumen, with a proven ability to manage budgets and KPIs Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence Physical & Work Environment Ability to work 50+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods (10+ hours), lift/move up to 50 lbs.
