Jet's Pizza is a family owned, Detroit tradition with over 450 stores across the country! This is a great opportunity to join our family as we share our world-class Detroit Style Pizza with the Phoenix valley. We are looking for a friendly, qualified, self-motivated, independent leader to help train, guide and nurture our team. The manager will be responsible for understanding every aspect of the Jet's Pizza process from the making of the dough through final delivery. They will be expected to lead the team by example and as an educator. Jet's is a family owned business and our whole team is considered part of that family. We strive for a fun, courteous work environment for all and expect our management to make that happen.

Responsibilities:

Motivate and educate staff Order and schedule delivery of food and supplies Prepare work schedules Maintain and enforce quality standards, policies and procedures Open and/or close restaurant Coordinate and manage delivery drivers Work along side the crew to ensure the highest quality product and customer service

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years of age
• 2+ years of management experience in carryout/delivery restaurant
• Strong leadership ability
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of how to operate all equipment
• Have ability/knowledge to work and train others in all positions
• Manage store budget and keep financial records up to date
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the
