Pay $40,000-$60,000 +tips Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and stocking strategies. Conduct interviews, employee orientation sessions, and ongoing training to develop staff capabilities. Supervise scheduling, shift management, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance. Develop and Manage catering program Support the staff by assisting with lunch and dinner service. Qualifications Proven management experience in restaurants or similar environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, recruiting, employee orientation, and training & development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers and staff. Demonstrated expertise in retail math, budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales management. Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices. Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous assistant manager or shift supervisor experience is preferred; leadership qualities are essential.
