About Slick City:
Slick City Action Park is the world's first indoor slide and action sports park , designed for thrill-seekers of all ages! With massive slides, air courts, and more, Slick City is a high-energy destination where families and friends come to play, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories. We are looking for an experienced General Manager who is passionate about leadership, hospitality, and FUN to take our park to the next level.
Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the park, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, building and developing a motivated team, and driving business success. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to create an engaging, safe, and exciting environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of park operations including attractions, food & beverage, guest services, events, and safety. Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team while promoting a positive and energetic workplace culture. Manage budgets, financial performance, and KPI targets to maximize revenue and profitability. Drive marketing initiatives, community engagement, and partnerships to grow brand awareness and guest traffic. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards. Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness at all times. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring every experience is exceptional. Lead by example—being visible, approachable, and hands-on in the park.
Qualifications:
leadership/management experience in hospitality, entertainment, attractions, or food & beverage. Proven track record in team development, operations management, and business growth. Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with a guest-first mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
