Director of Clubhouse Operations (Clubhouse Manager) FireRock Country Club | Scottsdale, AZ Area FireRock Country Club is seeking a senior hospitality leader to oversee all clubhouse operations, with primary responsibility for Food & Beverage, member experience, and daily operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role designed as a structured pathway toward future General Manager succession (approximately 5 years). We are looking for an experienced private club or luxury hospitality professional who thrives in a high-expectation member environment and is ready to step into broad operational leadership. What You'll Lead All clubhouse operations including dining, beverage, and member service experience Food & Beverage strategy and execution in partnership with our Executive Chef Department managers and frontline leadership teams Annual budgeting, labor management, and financial performance Member events, private functions, and hospitality programming Board-level engagement What We're Looking For 8-15+ years in private clubs or luxury hospitality leadership Current or prior role such as Clubhouse Manager, Assistant GM, or F&B Director with multi-department exposure Strong financial acumen and operational leadership experience Experience working with committees or member governance structures CMAA membership preferred; CCM a plus Demonstrated progression toward executive-level club leadership Why This Role is Different This is not a traditional F&B Director position.
