What You'll Do:

As a Shift Manager, you'll help run the restaurant during scheduled shifts by supporting team members, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating team members during your shift Ensuring excellent customer service and fast, accurate order fulfillment Assisting with inventory, product prep, and cleanliness Monitoring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Handling cash, POS transactions, and shift reports Supporting new team member training and coaching Communicating with management and helping ensure smooth transitions between shifts

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in food service or customer service preferred Leadership experience is a plus (crew trainer, shift lead, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Must be at least 18+ Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Our Team?
