Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant to new heights of excellence! Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness Lead, motivate, and manage staff through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team environment Manage inventory control processes including ordering, stock rotation, and food safety compliance to minimize waste and maximize profitability Implement and monitor POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, proper food handling practices, and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas Conduct regular staff training sessions on food preparation, customer service excellence, and operational procedures Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or quick-service environments Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Proven track record in managing inventory control, food safety management, and food industry best practices Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams, conducting interviews, and managing hospitality teams effectively Strong communication skills for managerial coordination, staff training, customer interactions, and conflict resolution Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting, pricing strategies, and financial analysis Knowledge of catering operations or banquet experience is a plus; familiarity with hotel or bar environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle shift management responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high service standards Join us as a General Manager if you are passionate about leading vibrant hospitality teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences!
