We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our thriving restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee staff, maintain service standards, and contribute to the ongoing success of our longstanding establishment. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service include both office and front/back of house duties Support the management team in supervising staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered and guest satisfaction is prioritized Oversee food quality, presentation, and cleanliness to uphold the restaurant's reputation Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Contribute to creating a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff development Experience Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred Strong computer and POS skills, experience with Aloha POS system a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle fast-paced environments with professionalism and composure Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering community engagement
